I started this blog back in 2018 with a simple goal: to blog every week for the rest of that year, almost as a New Year’s resolution. After a few years of regular blogging, and a 100+ posts later, with the pandemic taking over the world, my reading took a bit of a hit and the number of books I read went down. Along with that, so did my desire to continue to blog about them
However, that was then. Today my reading couldn’t be in a better state. Even if I don’t hit the numbers I used to in terms of books finished, I have been way happier with the quality and subjects of books I read nowadays. I have almost completely switched my primary book genre to fantasy and sci-fi, with some mystery and thrillers sprinkled in, thanks to a book club I joined in 2021, to get back into (and expand) my reading. And after all these years, my desire to talk and write about these books is back as well. Let’s see how this goes ;)
